What is bullbear.ninja?
This is not a service for watching live prices quickly. It is a research aid that continuously covers the companies you care about and helps you understand changes in their earnings, filings, institutional holdings, and research perspectives over time.
The goal is to shorten the time between a new filing appearing and an investor understanding why it matters. Instead of pushing more noise, the product tries to keep only the parts that change the story around a company, an industry, or a portfolio.

Product philosophy
Prices can be late. Interpretation of filings and earnings must be accurate.
That’s why the main screen is a timeline, not a chart. The core feature is not real-time alerts but the curation and interpretation of the events that matter.
How to use it well
The workflow works best when you start from a watchlist or a narrow research question. Cover a stock, check its filings and earnings in sequence, then compare the same signal across industries, institutions, and market context pages. That structure makes the service more useful for repeat research than for one-off quote checks.
