By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

Additional policies or notices (e.g., community rules, paid-feature notices) may apply to specific features and form part of your agreement with us.

The Service may provide tools to view and organize market information such as prices and charts. The Service does not broker trades, provide investment advisory or discretionary management services, or sell financial products.

All information provided through the Service is for general informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and outcomes.

• Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and may differ from any broker or exchange quotes.
• Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or guarantee to buy or sell any asset.

You must be legally permitted to use the Service under applicable laws. If you are a minor or otherwise restricted, you may need consent from a legal guardian.

Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

We may use third-party authentication and infrastructure (e.g., Supabase Auth). You must use the authentication methods lawfully and as intended.

We may take security measures such as session management, access controls, and abuse prevention to protect the Service and users.

You are responsible for content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service (“User Content”).

To maintain a healthy community, we may apply moderation actions including reporting workflows, cooldowns, restrictions, suspensions, or termination.

• Illegal, harmful, hateful, defamatory, privacy-invasive, infringing, or spammy content is prohibited.
• High-risk conduct such as market manipulation, insider trading facilitation, or promotion of illegal “signal rooms” may be strictly restricted.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and format User Content as necessary to provide and operate the Service (including displaying, backups, safety measures, investigations, and dispute handling).

You retain ownership of your User Content. We do not sell your User Content for advertising purposes beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

You may not:

• Hack, probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its networks/systems
• Impersonate others, take over accounts, access without authorization, or collect personal data improperly
• Infringe rights of the operator or third parties, or disrupt normal operations
• Violate applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or exchange/broker rules

The Service may rely on third-party services or data sources (e.g., TradingView). Their terms and policies may also apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or policy changes.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Maintenance, security updates, and performance improvements may cause temporary unavailability.

If we offer paid plans or features, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be provided separately and governed by applicable law.

Third-party payment processors may be used, and payment information may be handled under their policies.

The Service and its components (brand, design, software, and documentation) are owned by the operator or licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, transmit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works beyond what is permitted to use the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Where liability is established, our aggregate liability may be limited to the amount you paid us for the Service (if any), to the extent permitted by law.

If your use of the Service or violation of these Terms causes harm to us or others, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless to the extent permitted by law.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or pose a security or legal risk.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If account deletion features are available, deletion is subject to the provided process.

We may update these Terms as permitted by law. Material changes will be notified using reasonable methods.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussions first, and otherwise through competent courts under applicable procedural law.
